Being one of Adelaide’s youngest full time Civil Marriage Celebrants gives me a true understanding of what you both need on your special day. I will work with you in a fun and relaxed way and construct a memorable wedding with you. I believe it is important to create your perfect ceremony and the smallest details make it exceptional. Helping you to create an elegant, stylish and sophisticated ceremony that is also fun and enjoyable. As no two couples are the same, together we can plan a unique, personal and moving ceremony. No wedding is too big or small, no location too far or remote. I know everyone is time poor particularly when getting married and I am here to make this as simple and as easy as possible for you both. I can do as little or as much of the ceremony as you both wish. You can provide as much or as little input, as your wedding is your special day and should be exactly what you want, every wedding is unique.

When I’m your celebrant you get unlimited face to face, (including 1 rehearsal) phone and email consultations to complete any required legal paperwork and to prepare your ceremony. Preparation of your ceremony fully tailored to your requirements with complete access to my ceremonies, wording and poem database of 80+ pages plus examples of different ceremonies. As well as full use for your ceremony of my portable MIPRO Professional PA System with an 11 hour battery life with built-in USB music player and recorder with an external line for your iPod, MP3 or CD player to play music before, during and after your ceremony. A souvenir copy of your ceremony in print, as well as all lodgements of your legal documents.

A couple’s wedding day is one of the most important day of their lives. Your choice of a professional celebrant is an important decision. The ceremony chosen should be one that reflects your ideals and philosophies – of how you would like your marriage to start and continue.

I want your day to be all you could wish for and more. I, Capt. Timmy Pavri am a Master Mariner and a working ship’s pilot in South Australia and the only qualified ship’s captain who is also a marriage celebrant! Having had some training as a priest in my own tradition and being a Usui and Seichim Reiki Master who regularly teaches meditation, I am, if required, able to include an element of spirituality in the ceremony without it being religious.

I am able to assist couples in making their wedding day a memorable occasion for them, their families and friends. As long as the ceremony includes the legal requirements, the couple is at considerable freedom to include or exclude sections in their ceremony. I have a range of sample ceremonies in text format for your perusal and selection. I do specialise in conducting marriages on board ships and other water craft, but all ceremonies are catered for. Your day – your way!

Being both flexible and creative, I am able to provide a range of ceremonies individually designed to meet your needs. Once we have a chat and get to know each other, we can discuss if you would like simple guidance to write your own
vows, or whether you would like me to design your service – one that is both meaningful and memorable. Whether you plan to marry in a garden, hall, on the beach, or in your own home, I will work with you to create a ceremony that reflects your individuality.
